Send us the dates that you wish to rent from and to as well as the motorcycle that you wish to rent.
Confirm that you have a valid motorcycle license older than 1 year and that you are over 25 years old.
We will send you all the details along with a list of gear options for you to choose from (Helmet sizes, luggage option, jacket sizes etc). This is complementary with your rental.
A valid unrestricted motorcycle license (Class A) that can be read by our staff and insurance. Preferably an international motorcycle license but we do accept EU, UK, American, Australian and New Zealand licenses.
Your license must be older than 1 year.
We will also need a passport/ID and you must be a minimum age of 26.
Rentals between 1 and 6 days we give you 300 kms free per day.
Bikes hired for 7 days or more come with unlimited mileage rental.
If you prefer us to deliver and collect the bike, there is a delivery and collection fee of R500.00 each way in Cape Town.

We do provide a drop off and pick service at the cost of R500 each way for locations in Cape Town. However we do recommend that the bikes are collected at our workshop so that the correct gear is fitted and the correct helmet, jacket and glove sizes is selected.

As of now, cross border rentals are not available unfortunately but we are expecting it to become available around February 2025.
All our motorcycles come with BMW's road side assistance. Should you have any issues on your journey, we provide you with BMW's 24 hour road side assistance.
We will come to your assistance depending on your location. Whichever one is faster and convenient for you.

Take pictures and video of all involved vehicles and persons as well as the site of the accident. We will need you to supply the contact details of any third party/witnesses.
You will also need to report the incident to the closest police station and obtain a CASE number.
Incidents out of your control can happen. Unfortunately, the damage to the rented bike is treated the same as if it was your own bike. Unless we can find the guilty party, the repair to the bike will come out of your deposit.
Any damage to the gear like bags, jackets, GPS's etc are charged from your deposit. These items are charged in full as we do not repair them.
You are provided with a list of items to choose from along with their respective prices in case of any damage. It is up to you to choose wether to use them or not.
Yes we do. You are more than welcome to keep your bags with us for the duration of your rental.
If you have opted for the pickup service, we can deliver your bags the day we come to collect the biikes.
No, we do not provide any tours but we are implementing this service in 2025.
